Activities in the area

The region is known for it´s nature tourism. We have signed hiking trails like the "Fisherman´s trail" along the coastline or the "Rota Vicentina trail" in the inland, surf schools where you can take surf lessons of just rent a board and wet-suite, go stand-up paddling, canoeing at the river Seixe or horse riding along the beautiful coastline.

There are also some nice places to visit around here on a day trip basis, like the"Ponta da Piedade" in Lagos, the most southwest point of Europe in Sagres or the beautiful Monchique mountains.
