Cachopas is a small, family lead yoga retreat lodge integrated on an ecological farm at the beautiful southwest coast of Portugal close to Odeceixe. The lodge is situated in a silent valley in the middle of nature, surrounded by cork, pine and medronho trees. 

The old, charming town Odeceixe and it´s stunning beach, which has been awarded as one of the most beautiful ones in Portugal, are still in walking distance and connected with the place over the "Rota Vicentina" hiking trail. 

The retreat lodge holds individual and group yoga retreats as well as related workshops almost all year around. The yoga style is Hatha Yoga based on Iyengar Yoga where the focus is laid on the symetrie of the body and good posture.

Cachopas Yoga Retreats are designed to give the practioner an integrated view to their yoga journey, help them to build up their yoga and meditation practice, incorporate wholsome food, daily routines and reflecting time. 

The land offers 6,5ha space fo you to connect with nature and yourself, find silence, relax and recharge your batteries. Wake up with the bird singing, breath in fresh and clean air from the ocean, let your skin be warmed up by the sun, hang out in one of our hammocks at the riverside, take a walk on one of our round trials around the land, see the sun rice and watch the sunset and star gazing in the night.

The project supports substainable and responsible travelling and living. 

The farm is provided with it´s own energy and water supply. The constructions are build out of natural material like wood, clay and natural stones. The accommodations are rustic, back to basis, yet cozy in either individual or shared houses. The biological garden provides the family and guests with all kind of vegetables almost all year long
